At Brantano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn footwear and accessories. If your items don't fit or meet your expectations, simply return them in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original shoe box or packaging and ensure all tags are still attached before sealing the outer mailing bag.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
